The workshop for educators held on Friday, Sept. 13 was amazing! Havens and Jax from GLSEN Albuquerque shared the research and statistics about LGBTQ students in the schools, and they led us through some powerful, thought-provoking activities and exercises. Participants came away better allies, teachers, administrators, and counselors. You can see photos on the PFLAG Silver City Facebook.
