Membership / Donation

Please fill out the online form below. After filling out the form, if you select “Cash/Check Payment” you will be emailed instructions on how to send in your donation. If you select “Credit Card Payment” and pay securely online, you will be emailed a receipt for your donation.

Dues of $25 per household keeps our organization afloat – PO Box, phone, filing fees, advertising and more. Remember, $15 of that always goes to PFLAG National, so we REALLY appreciate additional donations by check or via “Credit Card Payment”.  Many of you are extraordinarily generous, and we are grateful for additional support you send our way.  Thank you!
